Kaydını koru
Sorunu çözmeye çalışırken oyunu silme veya yeni oyun başlatma; mevcut ilerlemeni kaybedebilirsin. Parolanı, Apple hesabını veya doğrulama kodunu asla gönderme.

Oyun içindeki veriler
Winterfall hesap açmayı gerektirmez. Oyun ilerlemesi, ayarlar ve tercihler cihazında yerel olarak saklanır. Uygulama bu verileri geliştirici sunucusuna göndermez. iCloud veya cihaz yedeklemesi kullanıyorsan Apple, işletim sistemi ayarlarına göre bu yerel dosyaları yedekleyebilir.
Toplanmayan veriler
Mevcut sürümde geliştirici tarafından işletilen reklam, kullanıcı takibi, üçüncü taraf analiz, uygulama içi satın alma, hesap sistemi veya konum toplama özelliği yoktur.
Destek yazışmaları
E-posta ile destek istediğinde e-posta adresin, mesajın ve göndermeyi seçtiğin ekler yalnızca talebini yanıtlamak ve sorunu gidermek için işlenir. E-posta hizmetini Google Gmail sağlar. Yazışmalar gerekli olduğu süre boyunca tutulur; silme talebini aynı e-posta adresine iletebilirsin. Yasal zorunluluklar saklama süresini etkileyebilir.
Apple ve TestFlight

In-game data
Winterfall does not require an account. Progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not sent to a developer-operated server. Apple may include local files in device or iCloud backups according to your operating-system settings.
Data not collected by the app
The current version has no developer-operated advertising, user tracking, third-party analytics, in-app purchases, account system, or location collection.
Support communications
If you email support, your address, message, and chosen attachments are processed only to answer and troubleshoot your request. Google Gmail provides the email service. Messages are retained only as long as needed for support, subject to legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing the same address.
Apple, TestFlight, and hosting
Apple operates the App Store and TestFlight under its own privacy terms. Feedback and diagnostics you choose to share through TestFlight may reach the developer. This page is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical access logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page for security and service delivery. This site has no developer-added advertising or behavioral analytics. If online accounts, ads, analytics, purchases, or other connected features are introduced, this policy and the App Store privacy declaration will be updated before launch.
